Delete your account

If you created the clinic (clinic owner)

• The clinic account is closed at once and every user is signed out.
• Any subscription is cancelled immediately, so nothing more is charged.
• All clinic data (patients, appointments, dental charts, treatment plans, invoices and staff accounts) is permanently erased 30 days later. If it was a mistake, write to info@devignlb.com before then.

If you are a staff member

• Your login is disabled at once and your name, email and phone number are removed.
• Records you entered for the clinic stay with the clinic.

What we keep

• Billing records that tax law requires, held by our payment provider.
• A one-way code made from the clinic's email and phone number, so a deleted clinic cannot start a second free trial. It cannot be turned back into the email or number.
